Well, it’s official, as of a twitter posting at 8:59pm on 03/03/2016 they are engaged. No… you silly goose… not Ciara and Russell. I’m talking about Doug Baldwin proposing to his girlfriend of a year Tara (I haven’t been able to track down a last name yet). She uses @TaraKayyyyy for her twitter handle.
